Sheridan brought his butterfly cage to show us. He had a dead bee in it!

Player of the Day

Deacon won the Player of the Day trophy at Rugby on Saturday! Good job Deacon, and thanks for showing us at News time.

Symphony Orchestra

This morning we were so lucky to have 4 members of the orchestra come to our school and play us their instruments. The children were captivated by the music. What a great privilege.

Mr McBrearty

We are very lucky in Room 2 to have a student teacher (intern) in our class for 5 weeks. He is taking Maths lessons at the moment, and the children are learning to add groups of things together to make numbers up to 10.

Cross country race

Paige has come in first place, Mandela 2nd, and 3rd place to Saffron. Well done to you three! What stars!

Duffy Theatre

The fantastic Duffy Theatre came today! It was SO funny! Paige won a special Caught Being Good award, for consistently doing the right thing.

Cross country practice

We practiced the cross country race this morning which was really fun. We are learning all about the letter j this week , so we wrote stories about going for a jog!

News sharing

Jaidyn brought some things from Australia in to show the class this morning. It is great if parents can encourage their child to talk about something in the morning. Practice what they could say, on the way to school!

We had a go at signing the National Anthem today!

Assembly certificates

This week Saffron got a Moving Forward award for her fabulous story writing, and Jaidyn got his for his great improvement in his handwriting.
