We are learning all about the numbers that equal 5. Today we used a really cool I-pad app that reinforces this concept, and helps create quick thinking.

Miss Prince

We are very lucky in Room 2 to have Miss Prince, from the Graduate School, with us for 7 weeks. She will be a great asset to our classroom programme. I know you will all make her feel very welcome at our lovely school.

News Time

Luca's mum brought their tiny frogs to show us this morning. We were all able to hold one!

'See'

On Monday we used binoculars to 'see' things. Today we used magnifying glasses to see little things, then we wrote stories about what we could see!

We are learning all about the letter 's' this week. Our focus word is 'see'.

T ball

Last week we learnt a variation on the game T Ball. Our emphasis is on learning to strike the ball with the bat. I was really impressed with their abilities! Here's a small selection of our efforts.
