Bronze Awards

Paige, Saffron, Mandela, and Alexis all won their Bronze Certificates today. Well done for their great efforts in Room 2.

Patrick

Patrick came for a school visit this morning. He did really well, sharing news with us about his alien sets!

Technology unit

Rooms 2 and 3 have been doing a technology unit on The Olympics. They have recreated some of the venues for their chosen sports out of recycled materials. What a great job!

Mrs Briggs brought baby Chloe in to see us this afternoon. She was soft and she smelt nice!!

This afternoon we were the audience for Nancy's music group concert. It was great to see our older Bamford children learning so many different musical instruments.

This week is Samoan language week, so to celebrate we had a wee picnic this morning with some delicious banana chips recently bought in Samoa by Saffron's nanna. We have also been reading Lavalava, our big book for the week, and we all had a go wearing a real Lavalava (again brought to us by Saffron's family). Thank you so much to them!
